Every day, we'll delve into a different idea or practice from our BREATH framework that contributes to your well-being as a leader. From grounding techniques to celebrating your wins, we'll cover a range of strategies that can make a positive impact on your overall well-being.
To make these concepts come alive, we'll engage in simple activities together. These activities won't take more than 10 minutes, so you can seamlessly incorporate them into your daily routine. By participating, you'll gain practical skills and firsthand experience in implementing these ideas into your leadership practice.

To deepen your understanding and gain personal insights, we'll wrap up each day with a reflection question. At the end of the day, take a moment to ponder the question and jot down your thoughts.
