La'Kita Williams (she/her)

La’Kita Williams is the Founder and Principal Strategist of CoCreate Work. She is a certified professional coach with a focus on business and leadership and an Affiliate Faculty with the Communication Leadership Program at the University of Washington. La’Kita holds a Masters in Social Work from The University of Southern California. Over her 15+ years of experience, La’Kita developed her signature model, The 5 Components of Inclusive Culture to provide a step-by-step framework for startups, small businesses, and emerging companies to build inclusive workplaces.

Vanessa Arias (she/her)

Vanessa is a strategic customer-centric leader with 8+ years in non-profit, for-profit, and mission-driven start-up environments. She holds a Bachelors in Sociology from The University of Colorado at Denver, and is a current Masters student for Strategic Human Resources with a concentration in DEI from the University of Denver. She is proactive, goal-driven, and team-minded with a skillset to build team rapport, encourage purpose, and anticipate stakeholders’ needs for tailored experiences.

Chloe Andersen (she/her)

Chloe is the Managing Partner and Lead Trainer at CoCreate Work. Chloe is a professional coach (GPCC) specializing in leadership development, emotional agility, cross cultural communications, and team building. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Marriott School of Business. Over her 20+ years of experience, Chloe has led talent and leadership development initiatives within multiple Fortune 50 companies in multiple countries giving her a broad and inclusive perspective on leadership, talent, and culture.
